General Description
a) To provide technical support to customers, prospective customers and business partners for software tools used in test, measurement and quality assurance activities for digital media standards (such as H.264) and contents used in broadcasting, typically through: Product demonstrations Installation, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting of Interra tools – either onsite or using commercial remote support tools Developing sample applications, custom workflow for Integration Integration of Interra tools with third party tools. Training customers persons Providing all types of Pre-sale and Post-sale technical support Pre-release testing of the product. b) To interface with software tools development teams to address customer issues in the software tools (if any) and get back to the customers with issue resolution To interface with Marketing & Sales team to understand customers’ perspective and to ensure seamless interactions with customers/prospects/partners.roles in interfacing customers/support at customer site is a must to have.
